Plants and Water :)

Last weekend was wonderful, such a fantastic one! I am so blessed to have such a wonderful loving family. On Friday night Dillon and I drove to Gilbert after Sigma Alpha Super Smart Sister, we got there kind of late so we just hung out and watched a movie. Saturday morning, we woke up and went and bought me a new pair of Under Armour shoes, yay! yay! Then we headed up to the arboretum to see everyone in the family and to show Dillon the arboretum because he had never been there. Literally biggest nerds ever, walking through the arboretum with someone who understands and loves plants like you is AWESOME!! After we left, Dillon and I headed up to his hunting spot to see if it was on fire and it was so we could not go very far on the road. I showed him the diversion dam, which was cool except there was a ton of people camping so it was hard to walk anywhere. When we got to the lake house, Chloe(Lauren's Friend), Lauren, Dillon, and I went swimming and hung out with Jaclyn. It was super good to see her and catch up! Hope I can see her again soon :) That night we jsut hung out in the back because it was gorgeous outside and there was a beautiful sunset. Sunday morning we went to the lake, super fun! Chloe and Dillon learned how to wakeboard, Dillon was starngely good and got up the first time. Chloe got up one time and was happy with that. The water was so nice, we even got glass and mom skiied, which means it was really nice. We all surfed, swimmed and chilled!! Then we headed home. It was a great weekend, I am so glad I got to see my sister and the parentals! Can't wait to go back!!

Fun...Fun..Fun!!!

Last weekend was absolutely crazy, like no joke, but it was AWESOME!!! Saturday I woke up very very early (5:00) and drove to meet some of the Sigma Alpha girlies to drive to Habitat for Humanity! We drove there which of course is always an adventure when you are with your girls. The build was super fun! Exhausting and HOT! BUT super fun and eye opening! First thing I learned...Stay in school because I would be an awful construction worker(let me tell you why) Second thing...I am super afraid of being on a roof, you have one board holding you up {not ok with me} Third thing.....I am an awful hammerer {lets talk about crooked nails and flying nails}Fourth thing....It gets really hot by about 10:30 sitting on a roof!! And last thing (of course I learned more..but ya know I gotta be somewhat short) Hard Hats are not a trend--they make you look awful!!! Not sure if I will do it again, I would rather be painting a house or doing something well basically anything besides being on a roof. The pictures are super fun so I hope you enjoy them! THEN the second part of my day was eating lunch with Laura and Tatayana  (at BK's YUM) and driving home really really fast {of course following the speed limit} and getting ready really fast, picking up Chris from work and driving to Glendale for Bonnie and Ron's reception. Their reception was adorable, western themed at an adorable place to venture around. We had lots of fun! I just like talking about my weekends because they are way more exciting than my weeks which consist of homework......class...tests...studying and lots of club meetings. OH I learned how to weld, I shall put that picture in the mix of pictures under the words. I am not very good at it but I really do like it after I got over the scary factor. I also got a 92 on my ag mechanics test and a 97 in my english language learners teaching class...And a bad grade on my plant science test that we shall not speak of haha I promise to redeem myself on the next one :) Happy Days and smiling faces :) Oh and it rained today :)

Zona Zoo!!

1st game I went to this year and we lose sorely...not like it matters...... we have pretty much been losing sorely to everyone...depressing football year...I shall just show the pictures of the game I will do another post later about more that is going on. The game was super fun though! I love college :)  Life is CRAZY!!!!
