Momma's Day

Happy late Mothers day to everyone!! In case you didn't know my mom is the best there is around, I mean it. She is the most wonderful lady I know and I aspire to be just like her one day. She raised us girls the best she could {well of course with a little help from dad} and I think she did a darn good job!!! {ok so I am a little bias} I could go on and on about her but I feel like a short and sweet post is all that is necessary. Oh we ate at this delicious golf club, we were all as Jake says "food drunk". Thats all. Oh and some of the pictures are at awkward angles {darn boys!}

Jordan's Graduation!!

My best friend is officially a college graduate!! YAY! I am so proud of her and her crazy studying habits...they have finally paid off. So weird, it feels like yesterday we became best friends. I love her so much. Happy Graduation Jordan. Can't wait to take our grad pics next year :P {since she is a smarty and graduated early we have to wait to take our pics together :)}

Meet Sullie :)

Today as I was getting ready to drive out of the AGR parking lot I saw a terrarium sitting by the dumpster of the apartment next door. Since I was running late to being home to Gilbert for dinner I called Dillon and told him he HAD to go and see what was in there!!! As I was driving, I got the news that we had just adopted a new turtle, whom we named Sullie :) How sad this poor turtle was going to be a dumpster turtle, but no worries he has a safe home now at AGR!! I am so excited for my shared new pet since most of you know I have been wanting one forever, so a turtle will do for the mean time till I get a teacup pig {hehe}! Can't wait to go back and officially meet Sullie, Dillon is getting him all taken care of tonight. Isn't he cute!!!??!!

Life.

Life is beautiful, take it is it comes and follow your heart. My life has been crazy the last couple of months not knowing where God wants me. I have finally realized and started to make decisions in the right direction, or at least I hope so. Lessen confusion, objective number 1. Chris. Chris and I have been trying to figure out where we should be, what we should do, no more going back and forth. After spending a couple of weekends together we have decided it is time to move on with our lives. After spending 6 years with someone and all that has happened the past few months it is hard to move on. But for now we have left everything on really good terms and can be honest about our feelings. This is what I have wanted for months. We will be friends. We plan on still hanging out. We will see where our lives go. I have no regrets of the past 6 years of my life. I have grown so much and am working on furthering my relationship with God, I am not ready to be in any relationship until my heart is prepared by God to be in one.  I will always love Christopher. He was my first love and taught me so much about life. Whether I am to be in love with him for the rest of my life, that I don't know. But I do know that God has a plan for my life and his. If we both listen to our hearts and to what God is telling us I know that we will go down the right paths.

Rosie Posie!!

I LOVE the time of year when all the roses are blooming!! Smelling them, seeing the different colors, different sizes, blowing in the wind. Roses just make your day when you look at them, don't you think??  I was given some gorgeous roses from the AGR house the other day, {smile} soooo pretty and make my room smell beautiful! Thought I would share :) They definitely made my day!!
