Week with the sissy!!!

Man o mighty am I glad my sissy came to Tucson to visit me!! We had such a great time, I am so very glad she came, it made me the happiest sister in the whole wide world. We crafted and crafted and crafted some more!!! We redid my whole room and it looks fantastic! She is amazing! We really didn't do anything grand except craft, eat Oasis {the most amazing place} we went there 2 times in the 3 days she was here! We made delicious dinners and ate delicious popsicles! We basically just spent time together and it was great since we will not get to see each other very much when school starts. I love her with all my heart and am so proud of her. I know we will always be close and I can't wait to see where the next four years take our relationship :)

Serious Case of the Itchys!!!

I got bit by many bugs.

My legs have red bumps.

I am itchy.

Nothing is working to make it stop.

I am not going to have any skin left.

All I want to do is itch itch itch.

This will only happen once...

So as I sit in Tucson, Christopher is starving because he has been working all morning and they arent stopping all day. So the person I go to, my lovely sister :) I asked her to take the boys lunch and while she was there to ride in the tractor. I told Chris he HAD to take a picture because it was probably something that would only happen once. BUT we got her in the tractor !! And he snapped a photo of it :) I wanted an outside picture but Chris said she wouldn't go for it and didn't even want to take one. He said she enjoyed it and thought it was BIG, which is true. Oh the differences between me and Lauren. OH happy day she got in a tractor and is coming to see me tomorrow!!!!!!!!

The Joys of Babysitting!!

So tonight was the first night of many to come babysitting for hopefully two families. The ones I babysat were two kids, a boy named Shane and a girl named Vivian. They are adorable. We played wii, ate dinner, played a princess wii {they understood what was going on more than me}, drew on the sidewalk with some chalk {my fav}, made some milkshakes, ate some more snack, played with some toys, played hide n' seek, and bed time!! Sounds like we did a lot and we did but the time flew by, I had a great time with them both and can't wait to babysit them on the 17th [yup I was asked come back, whoop, whoop] I was also asked if I would do a weekend for them, they are a military family so their dad John has lots of stuff to go to, so i have some time to think about it and a price to come up with {ahhh I am so bad at pricing things}. I am super stoked for this little job to make some extra cash for fun stuff {or books at the beginning of the semester}. We will see how tomorrow goes with Mackenzie and Zachary :) Babysitting is the best job ever!! {when the kidlings behave}

Remember the good ol' days when we used to write on paper?!?

Ok so I do not remember it too much because computers have been a huge part of my generation BUT that is no excuse for us not to write cards!! I am a big fan of cards..thank you cards, birthday cards, get well cards, and cards for well no reason at all. Think about when you receive anything in the mail (anything that is not a bill) it makes you super excited, well at least it makes me excited. I love writing cards especially for no apparent reason, I am sending out all these cards this week for funsies! Write a card to someone, I promise it will make their day, maybe even their week :) Happy writing!!!! 

Someday....

I LOVE LOVE these two dresses, if you know me you probably already guess which one is my favorite(that would be the bottom one).  I love looking at wedding dresses, they are just so beautiful BUT I do not plan on getting married anytime soon so dont worry I am just window shopping {smile}. I am in love with the backs of dresses especially these two, the bottom one would be my dream dress but the top one is just so unique!! These dresses are both by Maggie Sottero.

Highlights

I did so much this weekend, i shall highlight the fun stuff and I was lame and have no pictures.....

1. I got to see my wonderful parents :) 

2. I had girls night with Lauren, Courtney, and Emily {even though I always fall asleep on them}

3. Lauren made homemade oreo cheesecups {delicious, mouth watering}

4. Watched ALOT of movies and TV :)

5. Bargain shopped at Goodwill

6. Played with Roxy(Nileahs hamster), absolutely obsessed kind of want my own :)

7. Had a wonderful time at church {Let Him shine through us!!!}

8. Painted AGR-its getting there (pictures soon I promise!)

9. Bachelorette with Trang [killing my mind show but its addicting]

10. 2 UNEXPECTED days with Chris {its was glorious}
